Title. My First Penta Kill was with Fiora around mid Season 4 and my funniest one was a recent ARAM match where I was playing Mordekaiser where I just destroyed everything I touched with his Mace of Spades. All I wanted was some friends to visit me at the Shadow Isle's Q_Q. The rest of the Shadow Isle's Champions aren't any fun and are all part of an occult or something similar.
My first Pentakill was with Varus. We had a pretty equal sided team-fight, everyone started to back off as everyone on both sides were extremely low on HP. I happened to arrive a bit late, and noticed the entire enemy team was running away in a completely straight line. So I charged up my Q, flashed forwards and it took out everyone of them. It felt so glorious, lol.
As for funniest? It was another team-fight near Baron. Thankfully Baron was hitting the enemy and got them all pretty low. My team got utterly decimated and it seemed like a loss. I was full AP Blitzcrank, so taking advantage of this, I flashed right into the middle of them, being grouped so close together and Ulti'd them, getting a Pentakill with my favorite Steam Golem, Blitzcrank, lol.
Haven't had many Pentas in my years playing. But when I do, they're usually pretty epic/absolutely hilarious, lol.
First pentakill i've ever gotten was with Diana a few months ago. Nothing special, just a clean up after they were all low after doing dragon.
Favorite was a 1v5 with 
. All I can say is NEVER DO BARON WHEN AZIR IS UP. One of the worst mistakes you can make. Just trapped them in the pit with my ult and they could barely scratch me since they had no way of bypassing the wall while I just poked them all down. Meanwhile they were all about half health and taking damage from baron at the same time.
first penta was during my first game as shyvana funniest penta was draven in a game where i warned my team prior that i sucked at ADC, then proceeded to 2v5 their team with the help of my thresh, then my midlaner said sarcastically "uuh yeah guys i'm bad at adc", fast forward 2 minutes and I facetank their leblanc's combo and die, throwing the game and we lose :D
First one was with Jinx when she first came out. My funniest fun was a few weeks later with Tryndamere. Just spun and chopped the whole enemy team in half :P
First penta was this summer, on Annie (MID). Things weren't going so hot, I was going back to lane after dying in a teamfight. I notice our Nunu is hanging around baron, the enemy is starting it. My 3 other teammates are also heading toward baron, so I decide to go through the jungle.To my delight, Nunu steals it.
My team retreats; top and adc die. Enemy chases us into our jungle. Around blue buff, I tibbersbomb and instagib by surprise 2 of them. I am not sure how the third one died, but I remember dueling and melting Udyr after that. At that point, Lulu, my only teammate left alive, died to shield/ult me against the fed Lissandra. And then it was gg, pentakill, laughing and dancing around my keyboard.
We lost the game after that (well loss forgiven, but we where super behind anyways).
I guess the funniest would be my only other penta. I am Vel'koz support, and not doing very hot again. Enemy team didn't have an extraordinary laning, but they grouped earlier and took objectives.
2 of my dudes are dead, one is in spawn, it's just me and jungle Zac midlane. The five enemies are there, grouped up. Zac goes in full-on yolo style with no warnings whatsoever, and hits all of them somehow. I ult too, drop the enemy pretty low. As Zac dies (no passive), I wonder if I should go in for a good half-second before deciding of fucking course I should go in. I flash in, use everything, quadra.
Morgana is running away and escapes my cc with her stupid blackshield. I chase her till that one little bush near drag when she goes toward me and let me kill her. All the 8 other players where telling her to give Penta.
My team rallied with raised morale afterwards and we won the game with a Yi quadra.

As Talon...in Hide and Seek...my partner seeker dc'ed and the hiders gave me a consolation penta dying at fountain...yep.
first penta was on morde, 2nd one on him to first one i fountain dived for the last 2nd one we almost won a 3v5 due to me a fed morde and a fed singed
My first Penta kill was with Jinx. I had a Zac support I was duoing with. Our TF mid said gg no support in all chat at the start of the game and all I said was "trust" Later in the game I was 28/6 and we got into a fight between mid towers. I get a double then get my ga popped by rammus. I get up ult and get up to a quadra. Now the taric is way out of my range however the naysayer TF ults in right next to taric stuns him and gives me the penta. he said your "welcome, and I should have trusted." Its the best story I have from league.
My funniest penta was when i was duoing with my friend in ARAM. I was Caitlyn and I was telling him a story about school or something. I kinda just let my hands play the game on their own for a bit and zone as I play the game. Suddenly my friend holds his breath. I come to and I have a quadra. My hands start shaking I look around and ult the enemy Ez for a pentakill I practically got afk.
I have two honorable mentions I got a penta kill with Jinx literally just to show up my nocturne who gt a quadra a minute earlier. And I got two pentakills in hexakill. One with Yi and the other with Swain. Both times got the Hexakill stolen :^(
first penta was with AP blitzcrank top lane I got fed off a blatantly trolling Sivir and was able to tele into dragon pit as they were taking it and ult killing all 4 enemies there right after killing Siv top (sadly they did get the dragon)
Funniest Penta was with Shyvana, enemy team was at our nexus and all stood in a pretty line waiting for us to come out (we were way behind and instead of ending they wanted to farm us for kills) I flashed behind them then ulted pulling them all into the fountain turret. Sadly we still lost that game but is by far my fave penta of all time
Funniest and first ever penta was on Thresh. Caught everyone in a bush readying for dragon spawn. My fed as fuck adc decided to get cocky and engaged on a 1v3. drew them all over to the pit and flash over the wall, i came up behind everyone and untied, boxing them in secs after the dragon spawned, watched as everyone with half hp got shot down by dragon and ran right through my ult like retards. Had 1 person flash real late over the wall after my low hp adc, lanterned him back over the wall in the pit and he netted out (Cait) right as i hooked him over the wall secs after, q'd again and drew my self in, killed him. Secs later, got q'd by a random full hp lee sin, lanterned and q'd back over the wall using drag, lee missed his second q a mil sec after i pulled my self in the pit, he ward hoped over the wall and i flayed him back over. Warded the other side of the wall and waited for his next q at 10% hp, he hit the dragon, flew in and i expect him to kick execute me, flayed him again just as the aggro'd dragon turned around and shot him, missing me by inches, got my last lantern off with no mana left and backed with 39 hp.
Not quite my pentakill, but I remember this one time...
I was going Udyr jungle. It was quite a good match, but apparently I wasn't good enough. On my team was a Nautilus top, I believe. He wasn't all that bad, but he had for some reason decided I was the person he was going to harass that day. :c Sad, right? Anyway, He probably was mad at me because he lost lane by one kill. So, fast forward about 25-35 minutes, a team fight occurs. Our Nautilus managed to get the infamous quadrakill. (Now mind you, this guy was a complete jerk to me for no valid reason with me not retaliating.) With the enemy jax at less that 200 hp, he manages to slip between Nautiluses fingers. I had been late to the teamfight, and it was a quick one, so I had just barely been coming through the enemy jungle when this happened. Jax was running with all his might to the safety of his base, Nautilus right on his tail. Finally, Nautilus is right next to Jax and in mid ability about to get the ever-loved pentakill. So what do I do?
Yup.
I flash and max-range smite Jax for the kill, stealing all that hard work Nautilus put into the oh-so-wanted pentakill.

before his rework. we where losing and the jungle was bitching up a storm. suddenly we got into a team fight and that's when used his stun combo to, allowing us to weaken them for his laser to kill 2 of them, I then ulted ( playing as 
) knocking them up as he ulted, taking out another 2, then shot another laser for the penta as the last one was trying to run away. the jungle said, and I quote "asdfghjkuyjtdfvrtdtdf". we went on to win the game.

My first was back in season 2/preseason 3 with Ryze.
My funniest was me playing riven on ARAM and laughing at and baiting the enemy team to tower dive me at level 8 (my entire team died in the last team fight) and sure enough all 5 of them were under a third of their health. I popped the ult and thew it at them when theys tarted to dive and there was my penta. I sat there and laughed for a good 5 minutes.

My first penta was in end season 2, or something like that. It was with Mordekaiser. Yes, it was destined that way, and i was waiting my first penta to purchase Pentakill Mordekaiser. They were in the jungle, all pached up near the curve of Blue on the south side. I flashed, Q and E on them while they where weak on their own and sole the ghost of the adc with my ult, then zhony'ed. The most reckless, rewarding and fast Penta i ever did ^o^
My first penta was with Udyr, it was funny because I didn't expect to get one with a champ like him. Anyways, I just phoenixed in and killed everybody, and the support said "lol I was going to take that but then I saw the quadra"
Got my first penta with Leona with all tank items. It was a complete accident. Everyone was low, so i just went back in and cleaned it up, full ham, expecting to die, but I didn't.

in ARAM a few hours ago. We were heavily losing as the enemy team was pushing both our nexus turrets and were about to end the game. I respawned and got an instant quadra kill with an empowered shock blast. After that I just went hammer form and cleaned up the last kill.

While i have never gotten an actual Penta with Mordekaiser i have gotten several unofficial ones and they are always funny hue hue hue.
Also i got one with Garen... i had over 300 armor and 4k life and was spinning in their nexus turrets when they jumped me one by one lol Last kill was with my Ult and it was beautiful seeing that Penta.

Despite people saying she's crap and her win rates are crap, I can still kill off 2, and even three people on my own with her, and have actually gotten 3 pentas with her.
My first pentakill was on Caitlyn. Cleaning up a teamfight, I grabbed the Quad while the last person was chased down by a teammate. I got into range to pick up the last kill with Ace In The Hole whilst my teammate called me a kser.
Funniest huh... I've had a few. I went in 1v5 as Teemo while my friend backed me up with less than 5% HP on Thresh. They were so embarrassed to get 1v5'd by Teemo, despite going dual-top against me, they immediately surrendered.
Then there was my Vayne. Me and my friend turret dove the sole surviving Blitzcrank. It lasted so long, he was so tanky and kept CCing me with his max CDR, my teammate must've tanked over 10 turret shots. I was so relieved to get the Penta, I let the turret finish me off.
There was a Kat one where I Shunpo'd onto a Kassadin at the very back of the fountain. He was so low, the Shunpo damage killed him and I got the penta. The scrub laughed at me afterwards, but only a fool wouldn't realize it was WURF.
I was on Jinx and got camped 5v2 through the entirety of laning phase, somehow miraculously going 0-3 by time they took the turret. We got into a teamfight in their jungle where I was completely ignored. With just the 3 components of an IE, I picked up a penta going instantly from 0-3 to 5-3. They went back to targeting me AGAIN for the rest of the game, but it was already too late, they let me finally get fed after shutting me down up to that point.
My funniest I'm sure: I was on Riven, we got into a 4v5 fight in front of the bot inhib. Funny thing though, all 9 of us were stacked on top of each other like some sort of dogpile, our character models squeezed almost as tightly together as Sona's shitty one-off effects. Almost. Despite this, all 3 of my teammates were getting targeted while I was free to just cast spells off cooldown and AoE all 5 of them simultaneously with Hydra, armor pen and Fire Cape. With my 5-man stuns and knock-ups, in the time it took them to kill off my 3 teammates, I was allowed to pick up an entirely free pentakill completely unscathed.
My first was a summoner level 15 or so as Kha'Zix before his nerf. I STOLE the penta by having evolved wings and my cd on Jump was reset on each kill.

It wasn't my penta, nor was it a first, but I helped set it up, so...
I was playing Hexakill on Twisted Treeline as 
with two of my friends, one of whom was playing 
(not 100% sure but i think the other one was playing 
). The game was fairly neck and neck, and I had a good amount of items built, as well as six stacks of Feast. We took their outer bottom tower, and then I went to take their side altar, as it had just unlocked. I begin capping it, and suddenly their ENTIRE TEAM shows up. I start running as fast as something my size can, but I get Blitz hooked back onto the altar, and the enemy team proceeds to shred my health. I flash away with about 200 HP (keep in mind I had about 4800 when I started taking altar), and continue running...
...but not before landing a 5-man pop-up. , who followed me when I went to take altar, sees this and turns on his ult, decimating their team with the help of his 
. It probably would've been a Hexakill if we hadn't killed one of their team members while seiging tower earlier. I ended up walking out alive, too.
To quote my friend: "I didn't even have time to Expunge."
My first (and only ;( ) penta was with Gangplank. We womboed them and they were all low so I q'd their carry which meant that the Hydra proc prceeded to kill their entire team in one shot.

only one so far...in ranked so there is proof in stats (yay!) with Graves.
Their team walked away with a very very low health pool, talking crap about a comeback and dancing at our nexus while we were all dead. I respawned 3 seconds later and flashed to them, ULTed, got a penta kill, solo'd the nexus, and won.

Morg. Felt like a dick too. turned on my ult then our amumu stunned everyone. By the time my ult procc'd...penta. My team was both annoyed and laughing their asses off all at once.
Was kind of a "oh...huh well that just happened."
First one was with Yi when I just said YOLO and did a last stand 2v5 pentakill (their skills were inferior)
Funniest one was with Yasuo when I got caught by their team 1v5 and I killed them with the help of an Ez snipe from the other side of the map. Or the one where I literally stole every kill.
