Because he will break ADC's, and the most obnoxious and vocal people are most of the time ADC's mains. :^)
Where are people praising CertainlyT? You must be in an alternate dimension this would never happen here.
The Graves and Caitlyn reworks might be great, at least it looks so on paper.
But this isn't enough for him to redeem himself for one thing he made in past. The Numero Uno Iron Revenant Master of Metal (huehuehue) and his followers won't forget... At least until next rework.
Give it time. They may grow to hate the Caitlin rework.
