While I agree she is not the best assassin in the game by any means I will tell you that I have personally killed every champ you listed there while playing Kat. It has less to do with the champ and more to do with the skills of the players.
So...
I'm pretty sure Cassio, Yasuo, Brand and Xerath can lose to Katarina easily.
