Alright, this riddle was evil and it took a crap load of hints to get it solved.
Here is the reasoning.

The first stanza was just an introduction.
The first thing you had to realize was the lines were out of order. Using the equation:
Equation: 5+11 = 2-6/9. HOWEVER 1*12+illuminati=7-4=/=10=/=8
You had to realize that the only thing that matters are the numbers. 5,11,2,6,9,1,12,3,7,4,10,8
Then you had to rearrange the lines according to the order of the numbers. The first line is actually the fifth line, the second line is actually the eleventh line etc…

Now that you have the lines in order, you have to rearrange the words to make sense (at least they rhyme right? RIGHT?)

Now that you have them in order, you need to realize how evil the riddle is and realize that about half of these lines mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and are there solely to confuse, anger, and depress you.

One of the hints was that the answer was two words, one of which are GIVEN in the riddle.
