With all of them having

, and they all stop once the last move speed buff is gone, I think Yi will win, but all of them will reach at least to the enemy outer midlane turret.
Should be really fun to try, though.
i think rammus would win, because he goes faster than yi after about 40% of his q duration
Back in I believe S2, someone did this test between Rammus and Yi. Both built nothing but MS items, and they both had the same items.
Rammus won. I honestly think the only competition on this list for Rammus is Hec, but iirc Ramus' buff lasts longer lasts longer.
Would have to see an MS Sion to pass judgement here.
Sion would probably lose. His ult has a MS cap of 950.

Nobody's personal MS buff is faster than Rammus's (165% MS cap on his Q), so. Him.
Rammus has the highest possible movement speed.
