dont fight the guy with a massive jump, summoners rift is massive map ok. its so easy for him to isolate with q, he's not a team of one, his team mates make it so easy for him to be op ok.

Alright well you can fight him in lanes, if you're not dumb. You can fight him in jungle unless most camps are cleared, and he gets destroyed by grouping

It's rare I actually see a Fizz "outplay" someone. But then again, I don't consider mechanics that "trump" other mechanics to be an outplay, since that term implies both parties have the ability to react.

Singed can outplay a lot of all-ins, it's actually great when Riven tries to go ham on you and suddenly she's at no health. Singed outplaying Fizz, though... That'd require great prediction of where Fizz is gonna end up. Assuming he Es over the poison to go after Singed, Singed could plonk a glue puddle down behind himself, and if Fizz does as Fizz does and Qs through Singed, he then promptly gets flung into the glue puddle and suddenly can't use two of his abilities.
