The hook used to be targeted, and with the flash hook combo (target an enemy then flash backwards), he used to be able to pull a target from half-lane into the turret. Yup. At least now, you can play around the hook. Stand behind minions. If he starts moving to try to pull you around minions, move backwards and be ready to flash/dash(if you can)/juke.

Truth. But note the first part of that: release Blitz had a targeted hook. How would you feel if his hook was never made a skillshot?

I'm not really sure. Most of the champions I outright hate are rarely played. Probably Fizz though.
