When I was around level 15 - 17, I was playing duoQ with an IRL friend. I said I would go TF mid. Little did I know when the game was about to go into the load screen, I ACCIDENTLY SWITCHED TO CHOGATH. I didn't realize until we loaded into the game, since I always 'Alt + Tab' out of the game during the load screen. My teammates were pretty mad, and I couldn't really blamed them. I told them it was a mistake, then they were ok. My friend was laughing the whole time, and decided to not tell me, even though he knew. He was chuckling during the load screen time, but he didn't tell me why. I found out -.-
I was playing 
in Aram and I shot her W (volley) off the side of the map instead of the enemy team.

It was embarrassing and I couldn't come up with a lie or excuse to why I did it. Glad no one said anything.
Whenever I miss a skill shot I say out loud to myself in a dark room very loudly: "WELP I MISSED THAT GOOD JOB SELF" Then slowly burn internally of embarrassment
I Thought that I had already pressed "Enter" before typing...I was wrong..while I was looking at my keyboard while typing I ended flashing into a bush in front of my adc and the enemy adc and support.....no words could describe how embarrassed I was at that moment. Q_Q
