Most spiders won't hurt you; since you're phobic, try to get someone else to scare it away. You can also try it on your own, maybe simply blowing it away (gently but not so much that it won't move). Don't try to kill it, as that may ruin your keyboard (and tends to be messy and harder).

If you are just mildly phobic you can use a drinking glass and a paper sheet to gently catch it and free it outside.
