No that is not "rape" this is... This item 3092 NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT MORE AS TO WHY IT KEEPS GETTING BOUGHT ON NON-SUPPORTS! ITS BS! I lost control of bot lane due to that item being bought on Teemo. Though Teemo, Evelynn, and Thresh where good I admit that whole heartily, but come on! Its active/passive combination is TOO good!
