She would have on her W a heal of 832 and her ultimate will heal 1,644 for allies below 40% hp

the item 3222 is to give her some magic damage protection (plus a bonus heal isn't shabby) and item 3047 is mostly for the armor, cause lets face it, 8% movement speed x5 is probably pretty close to the movement speed can give (can't say for sure, it's a lot of math stuff I don't really want to look up ): )

The movement speed boost is a unique passive actually.

It's unique, for balance reasons. You know, so there's no reason to build multiple Censors.

Other than the heal and shield's buff which isn't unique.

oh, well there you go then. item 3047 for armor and movement speed. she can heal for a lot more than the damage she is dealing to herself through W AND can get away from you when try to jump her. Even with only 5 items boosting healing, that's 75% more healing which still renders GW useless with a bonus 35% to spare.

It's actually more powerful with 5 ardent censers and a rabadon's deathcap. With some ap runes she can heal over 1k per w cast and over 2k per person below 40% health with her ult. It's lots of fun, but you better never get hit with anything because you have 0 defensive stats and no health, and no boots :'(
