When will vel'koz available?

They never say, most the time like a month or so after the champ is out on PBE. I have been playing him, he is soooo badass, can't wait to have him on live. Yasu came out like 2 weeks I think or so after his AMA on reddit. He will be coming soon enough, they won't say tho. It's all about how the testing goes on PBE. A big bug could spring up, and could be pushed back, really just don't know.
