Where can I find pbe patch notes
Ok I would like to start being more active in the feedback about the game, and so is there a way I can keep up with the changes and beta tests happening in PBE as the new patches come out?

other than that if you check out League related sites such as www.reignofgaming.net they tend to post PBE notes and changes when they happen.
hope that helps

Otherwise, they stated multiple times that they didn't intend on consitently releasing precise patch notes (read as sometimes you will have hints of what is changing and why, depending on the associated devs) because of how volatile the changes are and hwo much work it'd be to actually produce those patch notes, sometimes multiple times per day.
