wukong is really underwhelming right now

No, though he does need to be looked at to scale down his early game and bring his late game into line.

Wukong has a really good win rate. Always above 50% and sometimes over 55%. thats very high. Maybe he "feels" underwhelming, but he isn't. Wukong wins games.

Wow I get stomped early game then I stomp late game, I wonder if your builds are made of dirt :O? Just kidding, I know they're good. But still, full build i'm very, VERY, hard to stop. I know he was supposedly the best level 2 but I really don't know if it's just my play style (oh also this happened mostly when I was playing top lane against uber tanks but now I jungle mostly). Yup.
