Pretty sure you need solid reasons to back up your claims instead of a sad face. Get better at countering. Then complain.

How about before you say 'NERF THIS CHAMP PLZ!' you give us legitimate reasons WHY they should be nerfed, and why attempts to counter them don't work.

A simple solution to counter is to have your jungler gank mid and keep his creep score next to nothing. Viktor isn't about playing aggressive (although he can sure as hell play that game if he damn well pleases) he's about sitting back and farming creeps, and leveling into the late-game. Shut him down early and end the match as quickly as possible.
