What has changed?

Hello. I stopped playing the game around November 2012... I'd just like to know a basic overview of what major changes have been made to the game since then.

That is quite a lot. Quite a few changes have been made as per usual when it comes to Riot balancing, as well as Penetration changes back to preseason 1 rules i.e. %pen is calculated before flat pen. There has been some jungle changes where spawns happen a bit later. Red Pots (Fort. Pots) have been nerfed due to abuse.

It would probably be easier just to go here: http://beta.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/media/video/patch-preview/ and watch the patch previews to catch up. That's what I do when I take a break.
