East Coast Gameplay update

Theres a bunch of stuff out there that there would be stuff coming for east coasters and to lower their ping.

This confirmed that there were actual server machines ready to be installed and that Riot just needed to find a datacentre to host them- http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?p=45503129#45503129

It's been a while since both these red posts and it would be cool to have another update about what is coming. We know that the NA Server will not be separating to NAW and NAE. We know the servers will be more centrallized but it wold be nice to have some more solid news about all of this.
