You can always buy aatrox with IP (which is really what you should be doing).

hold out for Kitty Kat as Linna suggested. The skin will be on sale soon and you can get aatrox later on using IP or more RP. Heck he might go on free week again soon. But yeah you won't get too many shots at kitty kat skin so i'd wait.
