The past week or so I have been randomly recieving 200-500 ping spikes , My normal Ping is 20 also my FPS messes up I was assuming this was my computer maybe over heating any feedback? I have had my computer randomly shut off a couple times this month. any advice? it would be refreshing to find out it was just the server.
or maybe even my INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER? but that wouldn't affect my ping would it? Virus scan after virus scan nothing.
I have had issues like this on my old and new comp. Rarely is it my ISP or comp. One time my ISP faltered for a few minutes and I got a leave in a ranked game which I was winning. Riot has been having server issues for the past few weeks since the release of the patch. I have been playing since the game came out in Oct of 2009 and that seems to happen after almost every patch. In fairness though the most recent issue was caused by a group of hackers but I don't know the official info. Give it some time, I know Riot has made numerous posts about fixing servers and upgrading their infrastructure. Give Riot some time and they hopefully will follow through on this promise.
