Predictable Crit Chance

This is just a quick idea I thought of after reading the post about removing random crit chance from the game. I didn't put much thought into it and that is why I need a bit of feedback (especially criticism). Anyways here it is:

Cap Crit Chance at 50% for all champions except Yasuo.

All Crit Chance items give 25% Crit Chance.

At 25% Crit, every 4th basic attack will critically strike.

At 50%, every 2nd basic attack will crit.

For Yasuo, at 25% crit = 50% and at 50% = 100%.

I believe this is just a quick way to remove this random element from the game although it might lead to changes in item cost and perhaps the crit damage might need to be changed to compensate for its new mechanic. Thank you checking out this post.

I don't think having a cap for crit chance in that manner is bad but rather have an item caap for crit chance would certainly tone down the absolute need for crit and it doesn't hurt Yasuo in the least like this since he doesn't need more than 2 crit chance items to reach 100% chance with runes.

Very nice and simple idea though =D
