I've been a jungle main for 2 years now, so I'm really excited that Baron and Dragon are different colors on the minimap... but why aren't blue and red buffs?? You already made the blue and red colored icons for jungle timers. Did yall decide not to do this for any reason (and if so can you share), or is this just something that slipped through?

Matthevv2 votesEven if you are colourblind you should know which buffs spawn where by the time you start jungling. I don't think the colours would confuse anyone if they are level 30.

The reason, imo, that this small change is a no brainer is because they already have the colored icons done and in the game for jungle timers. And as for the color blindness, the same applies for the jungle timers. So if those are fine, then the minimap icons should be too (although if not, I agree with Matthevv)

As for the jungle timers Riot just applied in patch 4.12 I feel they should be displayed at all times not just in the tab menu, but thats my outlook. Perhaps I read wrong? waiting for NA server to come online...... -.-
Jungle Trundle3 votesI honestly don't mind the timers only being shown on tab. It's super easy to check them, and this way they're not taking up space when you don't need to check them. But then again I'm a fan of as little permanent UI as possible (like the skill bar, items box, minimap, etc) so we see more of the game itself
NinjaFifer1 votesGo watch the Patch Rundown video. They discuss why they did that there. It's primarily so not-so-good players don't just look at a big countdown timer and go "I NEED to leave lane and be there when that hits 0." They want to give you the information as easily as possible, but they also want you to have to WANT that information. By putting that information somewhere where you have to hit a button to get it, it makes it so you still have to be thinking about jungle timers in the first place.

austinprokop1 votesI totally agree, since they changed the jungle almost completely ( timers, appearance, even the feel of it) these need new icons. it is a suddle , but necessary. And also giving it color blind mode would be great. i am a fan of switching it on and off. just to give me a different feel. i think color customization would be cool as well, but that is a whole other forum post.
