@Riot, I'm done. Let's talk Twisted Fate.

People talk a lot about Eve, but in my opinion, the Card Master got gutted way worse than she was. Is it a coincidence that these two shared some part of the past, and some heavy gutting? I think not. We are talking about an AP squishy mage with next to no burst whose utility and mana sustain has been nerfed over and over and over and over again. And to add insult to injury, you release this new Xerath, that refills a ton of mana just by autoattacking, whereas TF refills just barely over the spell mana cost.

Why in the heavens would I pick Twisted fate now? Do i want to aid other lanes? I have ziggs bombs, xerath ult, even pantheon is a better pick than Twisted Fate at mid. Porting into a lane as twisted fate makes a 2v2 into a 2,33v2. No burst. A one second stun, made worse by the fact that you HAVE to rush athenes just so you can farm, because you are so damn squishy just about anything can one shot you.

I mean, you nerfed TF so badly, like you forgot the guy has NO damage whatsoever. His E+Q combo at lvl 18 has worse bases and just 0.05% more scaling than the Gragas ult alone, Tf is all about the early game, utility and porting into lanes every time his absurdly long early CD allows him, because when is on CD he's a realy bad roamer. But is delayed waaay too much by the many, oh so many, nerfs to every single aspect of his utility. By the point TF is ready to roll, there are no lanes anymore and porting is dying, because oh so squishy, with an oh so short AA range.

So TF has no damage compared to just about everyone, he's squishy, gains gold for himself which doesnt matter because no matter how much AP he gets thanks to his pitiful 1.45 AP scaling in ALL his kit. He needs to add Lichbane to BARELY go over 2.0 scaling. Yet he's not allowed to have utility, he's not allowed to regain mana. But Xerath is allowed, of course, Xerath NEEDS to spam his absurdly long range, high scaling spells. Gragas is allowed to have insane burst, sustain and mobility too. Ziggs has a semi global ult with the power of TF Q+E and also have satchel to escape and cc. But Tf gains mana by using a spell? Nerf that **** to the ground.

So I want, Riot, to realize you overnerfed Twisted Fate WAY too hard. The guy is a troll pick. Picking him is a liability to your team, when everyone is so much stronger and does so much more than him. I want to know if you are aware of this situation, and if you have some well deserved buffs in your thought process. Maybe if we start today we can get something in the PBE by early 2015 (maybe).
