Mordekaiser

From the thread on GD, I think most people agree that they like Mordekaiser's ult and shield passive. However, the consensus is that the passive should be buffed, and he could use some form of Q + W rework. Whether that be more utility, a built in slow, etc is all on the table. In the end, I'd like a tankier Kaiser like back when you built Force of Nature + Sunfire Cape on him, but that may just be me.

I know that the team is discussing our metallic friend, can you give us some insight on what you're all thinking? Possibly an ETA on a Morde rework?
