Viktors Lazer not showing fully on Low Quality

So for me I play on pretty low settings because my computer is not the greatest

But when I face a ,Viktor, Mid lane with anyone it's SUPER hard for me to dodge his lazer because on the low quality settings his lazer looks really thin and I always thought I was dodging it but on the opponents screen he said he was hitting me till some one pointed out that the low quality settings effects the width of his lazer.

Doesn't look that bad I mean panths ult is harder for me too see but just juke it by a lot instead of a little. Also there aren't that many viktors out there so I mean it's not that bad

I have to say it isn't "super" hard with the difference in quality and it is rare to find good viktors

The difference was so small, should we all think it's unfair that some ppl play on a 17" monitor instead of a 14"?
