Viable Teemo 5's

As many people know, Teemo is an extremely annoying champion. Rolling him through smurf accounts or Dominion is one thing, but when the champion is about as worthless as Urgot in Ranked 5's, what's a guy to do? He's just a mere inconvenience if anything, as you'll never see him in competitive play, rarely will you see a legitimate Teemo in anything above Silver, and if you don't build him like a glass cannon, you'll never scale late-game with the champions who can build defense and still be viable offensively. My main complaint is that you'll never run into a Teemo who is anything more than a nuisance; he's not able to be used in competitive play because he's mainly a lane-champion. To see a Teemo in a team-fight is to see a dead Teemo. He's far too squishy, and even bruiser Teemo gets knocked around too easily. All it takes is one solid CC and goodnight.

I'm not asking for some ultra-god-like super buff; just a bit of a re-work to make him a viable pick in 5's. VIABLE. There's always the bronze-league guy who thinks he's playable in ranked games, which is why nobody ever escapes Bronze League. Being in Silver, I've never once seen Teemo played, for or against.

he's viable in positions where people dont expect him to be: mid, jungle and support.

i've personally tested teemo in jungle in premades and in ranked and it works amazingly. you need to know positioning, a thing or two about DoT empowerment, and a handful of other things. he's a very reconnaissance heavy champion. you can sentry ward yourself with captain boots, and lay down wards while remaining undetected. lets not talk about how disgusting of an assassin he is with red buff, elder lizard, and an empowered E. people try too hard when they play teemo and go all out in AP, when you dont need the AP to succeed on him, as his mushrooms are more for vanity than as an actual kill setup (while theyre extremely useful in doing so)

look, early game teemo can decimate any champion with the right kit. you gotta use the art of surprise... and yes, captain boots need to be on his recommended page, because A) hes a captain..... B) people rally to teemo, not the other way around

I've seen Teemo top in high Diamond 1 on streams before and if the person knew what they were doing it worked pretty well. More champs can be viable if you have the skill to use them there, just some need a lot more work to get them to work well at high or low elo. Most of what you see in Ranked are considered the generally strong champions and work well with most team comps.
