I was wondering if the new rengar nerfs going to implemented in patch 4.1 will dramatically break assassin rengar and make him nothing more than a fun build.

No, this won't break Rengar, he'll just be more likely to build as a Fighter due to the nerf. He'll still be (almost) as viable as before, the only problem is his Q can't be spammed three times which was OP as all hell (Second only to Riven, thank the Gods she got nerfed.)

Seriously, this is like saying Viktor is useless mid because he has little mobility. Rengar is awesome, he is still manaless (which makes him far more powerful than his counterpart in the long run) and his leap hasn't been touched. he'll still be the awesome, tower diving, bush hugging, insanely scary ganker than he was before.
