I just started this discussion because I wanted to see what the community would think about the next level of Bot gameplay. I am always a fan of playing against AI but I would like stronger opponets that maybe even use specific strategies that will help newer players learn the game considering the unbalanced matchmaking in PVP. <--Smurfs and Trolls
What are your thoughts on this?
The PBE currently has some enhancement on the bot AI and while it's not Master level, it's more challenging. They poke and farm at the same time, they actually back off when someone's fed as crap, they group and push cohesively. It's a bit more fun.
I really would like it personally, but it's simply really difficult to pull off. You have to have a separate dueling behavior for most if not every champion, synergy behavior for teamates, teamfight behavior sets, and don't even get me started on jungling lol. I think if Riot threw everything they had at it they may be able to pull it off within a year, but as this is a PvP game this won't happen nearly that quickly. They are working on them though, just very slowly comparatively to the enormity of the project criteria.
LOL this is all true but I feel it would be worth it. That is cool though I wish I was able to play on PBE i was just a little to late to get in. :(
Nice to know it is coming though that will allow teams to actually practice strategies
