ryze can start mana crystal and do the same dmg as zilean q with 200 mana either do a complete rework or lower the % of his mana-damage conversion

Ryze is a powerhouse champ. He is made to have high burst at a risky range. Keeping away from him and using far ranged moves is extremely effective. This is why he can do that much damage.
ya...ryze not op. in fact, hes one of the least op champs in the game (not that hes bad, just definitely not op)
