Title pretty much covers my question, recently I've come across a lot of AD heavy teams when the only role left is ADC, i'm wondering what you guys do in these situations?
Do you build a LW and hope for the best?
Or is there a champ recommended to fill this gap? I've debated AP corki, but am unsure whether or not it'd be a good idea botlane, not to mention the ridiculous increase in corki's recently...
Any feedback on the matter would be great,

Even ad corki has close to 50% magic damage/true damage making him a good pick. Vayne can melt stuff with or without armor thanks to the true damage she gets and kog does the same with magic damage.
The best thing to do IMO would be to go corki with sorc boots, triforce, LW, then your choice of botrk/BT/IE (blade if they're really stacking armour only).
Ezreal is also a good pick, go manamune/triforce/LW.
Vaynes true damage works too, Blade-PD-IE-LW
Twitch has true damage and a fair deal of magic damage in expunge
If you're good with him, Kog Maw ruins with his W doing magic % health
There's plenty of good ADC picks, as long as you play your cards right and get fed early no amount of armour will stop you.
I just watched an AP Corki go 8/3/5 in a ranked game, so it's definitely something that works.

I think you just need to do a little bit of experimenting with builds and champions. Right now with the Triforce buff, Corki, Kog, and Ezreal are super strong champs. You can easily go a hybrid build with all of them that include high burst damage as well as strong team fight and sustain. Don't be afraid to go with something not meta. I've tried Deathcap Corki bot and it demolished. With the range from the bombs it is a really strong poke. Just go for it man!
AP Corki is less than optimal. Corki is an AD Carry. AP helps him very little, but his auttoattack is amazing.
