Nasus nerf

i be leave that may be a bit to strong. He can build all tank and still do more damage then any other champ, has an ability the reduces armor, has percent healing and damage , and has wither witch may as well be a stun because u can move and u can really fight back from it. i be leave a way to reduce his strength but not make in to week would be increasing the cool down on his wither so that he has to use it sparingly and it is not just a per-ma "stun". if not the cool down reduce the amount it slows because his last Nerf the reduced the attack speed slow part and that did nothing because that was not the problem with it .. it is the slow. What are your guys thoughts.
