Looking To Get Better

I started playing about a month ago and I am level 25. I am winning games pretty consistently against Silver 3 to Gold 5 players in Normals (I haven't played against much higher than this yet)

I usually play ADC (Mostly Twitch) or Mid (Mostly Fizz) but I have played top lane Renekton & Nasus.

I definetly know I am making mistakes during gameplay but being so new to the game I am unaware when/where I made them.

I am basically just looking for people to play with that have higher level experience that can point out my faults/misplays and help me get better.

Positioning & Team Fights (Where to stand and why. I can almost always grab a kill but its basically a sacrifice)
