@RiotScruffy and Statikk Questions about Skarner!

@RiotScruffy and Statikk can we start talking about the planned changes to Skarener ?

I have been playing him a bunch and find that , and usually for my jungle item.

• is great for sticking and boosting your damage from Q and E. It also helps your shield.
• skarner is tied for the highest base AD with Mao, so this is very poweful. Plus every stat is great on Skarner.
• is needed for mana and sustain and the true damage is awesome. I am leaning towards switching to for tenacity.

I agree that the identity of Skarner is kinda muddled right now and he is to dependent on items to be able to perform in the jungle.

I would love to know what some of the plans are for the coming changes to Skarner. Is his slow going to be adjusted? How about adding an AoE slow to his shield or something like that.
