Earlier today approx~ 2 hours ago: I was in a match as Gragas Jungle and all of a sudden a wild pop up appeared, It said:

"An essential game asset was not found when loading the game:

TeemoMushroom

Please try reinstalling the game...... "

And some more crap about support. Please tell me why this happened and my hatred for Teemo has reignited even more.

You probably had some issues while checking the files, and might've caused bad file check of the launcher while upgrading to 4.10, since it compares all the files to check everything's in place.
