Ranked System

Recently Ranked hasn't been very fortunate for me, I either have the troll Akali "support" or the AFK Sivir, Some thing needs to be done about this, It's costed me a countless amount of games, So what I propose is that Riot implements a system where if a person gets reported three times in the same game whether it be for AFK'ing, trolling, or just being Toxic, Ranked gets suspended for a period of time, And if that cannot be done I propose Riot takes a brief look at Mercy Ruling, These Ideas can actually make quite a positive impact on the game and won't leave a lot of players trapped with AFKs, trolls, or toxic players.
