AP Ezreal & Tentative 4.4 Changes to Lichbane

I've put alot of thought into what I think about these nerfs and how it will hurt AP Ezreal, and why that's BAD.

So, as many of you know, the Lichbane Nerfs are the following: Live: 50 Additional Damage plus 75% of AP Proposed PBE Nerfs: 75% base AD plus 50% of AP

As I understand, this change was so that the chmpions Fizz and Twisted Fate can still be viable with it, since they've gotten slight buffs on they "preferably" lichbane proccing abilities. Let me explain: Say you have lichbane as fizz, and you w q into a champion. On live, the w activates, proccing Lichbane, then you q in, and the w's passive, active, Lichbane's damage, along with the q's damage hits. Then you E two seconds later, proccing lichbane again, meaning you get two activations of lichbane's current insane ratios in one combo. What I'm guessing these changes are aimed at is reducing the power of lichbane procs when they're not being used by lichbane "prefered" proccing abilities, like Fizz's wq combo.

Why is this BAD for AP Ez? AP Ezreal is in a pretty shitty condition as it is. Nerfing lichbane could mean the end for AP Ezreal. Ezreal will lose even more damage than he already has, and reduce his q's effective scaling by .25% FOR NO REASON. If other champions are getting their AP Ratio's buffed to compensate lichbane's reduced damage, why can't Ezreal get another .1 scaling on his Q? That's what's being done to TF, atleast. And that .1 isn't even a factor for AD Ezreal. Even if Ezreal got both a Trinity force AND a Gauntlet, AND Baron, He's still only be getting an additional ten damage out of an additional .1 AP scaling on his Q.

Proposed Solution:
Well, there's always what I said in the last paragraph, which tones down the lichbane procs that are hit as autoattacks, while keeping his current Q only slightly worse than it is now, OR giving AP Ezreal a passive to work with. I know Riot's stance on Ezreal right now is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" and "He's a Marksman" But I think it's important for AP Ez to remain a "thing" even if it is niche, and will never be a STRONG competetive pick, AP Ezreal does things no other champion does. His high mobility and long range are good for kiting, but also his lack of CC leaves him vulnerable to close range encounters. My proposed change to his passive, whithout making a super complex change like some people are suggesting over on General Discussion is to give Ezreal additional % bonus AP based on the number of rising spell force stacks, and level. Just an example: Say we make it so that the AP increase per stack was 1%/2%/3%/4% at levels 1/6/11/16. At level one, with 5 stacks, he's get a measly 5% bonus AP. with 100 AP, that's 5 bonus AP, so nothing much. At level 16, with full build and let's say 600 AP, 4x5%=20% meaning ezreal gets 720 AP, but only if he can keep 5 stacks of Rising Spell force up. I believe this change, while not affecting his current play pattern too much, WILL bring him more "in line" when it comes to viability and balance.

Conclusion While I understand that some things are MUCH higher priority than AP Ezreal, I think my favourite champion/playstyle DOES deserve a bit of love when it comes to alternative builds. While I think this change will be devastating for AP Ezreal, I probably won't stop playing it, and I probably will keep playing league, but if he does get nerfed into unviability, I will be pretty sad.
