Sweeping Lens bug?

Happens to me, too. as well as a few summoner spells, and skills. I find it resets if I die, or sometimes minimize league. Once, all the "red" items would be a dark blue, so if I used my sweeping lens, the flying sweeper would be a dark blue and not red. It went away about three days ago.
