Ranked Trolling, why?

Okay, so I get it. Trolling is fun, funny, hilarious when you're on drugs or drunk, and there's a ton of reasons to do it. That's great, go to 4chan, reddit, 9gag, facebook, tumblr, or whatever. And yes, I understand, it's just a game, it's no big deal. But to some people it is. there's a penalty for losing - 20 point penalty in fact (21 in this game) and winning only garners 7-9 points. So in comparison you didn't just cost me this one game, but you also cost me at least 2 more. People. Riot. Rito. Please, for the love of god, let's just stop this.

Also, this player went on to go 0/8/0. If you look at their match history this isn't the first time they've done it. I know at least 2 people in my game reported, but the winning team got out of the match lobby so fast I doubt it. And the way the tribunal works, it doesn't catch that you're just intentionally feeding or anything like that - so they'll likely avoid punishment. Especially since Champion select isn't used for tribunal cases. Riot, really? There's nothing to be done about this? Come the frick on man.
