@ricklessabandon muramana abuse cases
Hello there forumites as a lot of you know Rick has been doing work on
which is a good thing because as it is now the item is kinda boring. However his most recent iteration has it granting huge attack speed boosts as well as on hit true damage while not a bad idea I would like to point out a champ who would abuse this item like no one else could. 
He scales extremely well with attack speed because of his true damage on e combined with his passive giving him free on hit attacks every few attacks. This item will replace
because it is cheeper, has more asi when activated, true damage to make up for a lack of armor pen, and ~twice the ad depending on how far into the game it is.
To show how powerful this combo will be allow me to pull some numbers from lolwiki for champ bases and grown and the client for runes and masteries.
with a relatively safe rune page you will get 15% asi on marks as the only offensive runes. As far as yi rune pages go this is horribly conservative but you can't be crazy when you are building tear, get some defense. masteries you will get asi and all the bonus ad on the offensive tree, the rest don't matter as they don't add anything to the true damage calculations i'm doing.
For this calculation I am going to assume Yi is level 11 with manasword completely stacked.
First we have our mana. 1k from the sword and 600 from our natural pool. 1600 mana
Our ad is the first calculation base of 55 growth of 3 per level 10.5 from masteries 25 from the base of mana sword and 32 from the mana. We get ad off bonus ad from warlord and our total ad from e passive.
(55+(30+10.5+25+32)*1.05)*1.1=173
(if this is the wrong way to calculate his ad please say something)
True damage is what I'm really after here with level 2 e we have 15 a hit plus 12.5% ad plus 10 from
passive and 32 from the active.
173*.125+15+10+32=78
78 true damage a hit. I actually have no idea how much that is or actually means. Sure looks like a lot, say how fast were we attacking again? Base asi of .679 times a second and with all our actives going we get a nice chunk more
.679*(1+.2+.55+.7+.05+.153)=1.801
So 1.8 times a second our shortest duration buff is e lasting a meager 5 seconds.
1.8*5=9
we get 9 autos if our victim doesn't run fast enough to get away.
But wait there is more, yi's passive will give an extra 2 hits if started empty and 3 if started primed. To keep it low we will use the +2.
11*78=858 true damage in 5 seconds.

and his ult popped has 2299 hp assuming defensive masteries, equal level, and no hp runes
That is over a third of
's health in true damage over 5 seconds.
A squishy mid like
has 1137 hp at level 11 and would take 75% of max hp in true damage.
What do you guys think? Will melee carries stop everyone else from having nice things? Would you build the new manasword?
