@Riot, about Feral Flare

Can you make Feral Flare work like Draven's passive? Like you get stacks for farming the jungle, but they only become extra power after you score a kill or assist, and you lose half of the stacks that haven't been changed into power when you die?

I think this would solve all the problems mentioned in the patch 4.7 notes. In case a jungler just keeps farming and ignores his team he would no longer show up as the strongest champion around, and he would risk losing half of his stacks in case he gets killed before scoring a kill or an assist. They would have an incentive to show up in lanes not only to get kills and assists, but also to keep their lanes from falling behind, wich would increase their chances of getting killed and losing stacks.

Also, at the moment, theres almost nothing you can do to stop a jungler using feral flare from becoming stronger, he will get stronger for as long as he can farm his jungle, with this change you can at least try to hinder his growth by killing him and making him lose some stacks.

PS.: I know you try a lot of things internaly, so if you have already tried this could you tell me why it didn't work?

That wasn't the problem. What WAS the problem was that they weren't interacting with the team, damage isn't that bad.

The damage was easily mitigated with Magic Resist. The problem was that people just built armor for them, because the champion is AD, so he must deal physical damage with his attacks! Wrong, FF stacks magic damage. Build MR, and then they become useless.

There's not a lot you can do to stop them from getting stronger? What about counter jungling? I hate that people complaining about Flare already made it so much weaker as a carry item because they refused to do a counter jungle meta again, but now you want to further nerf it? No, just no.
