The match making need alot of reworking

I just got into ranked and I was Bronze 1 i was doing fine a first 3 game but then it all went down hill i been place in team with no teamwork and unkillfull playing my team constanly fed this didnt happen once but everytime i go into a game i get demoted to 3 in a matter of 2 day the ranked match making need to put people with the same skill set togther im honsly think of quiting for this expresince

I just hope there is some way to fix this
