the good players should be placed with good players, escpecially in ranked, ifg im in bronze i wnana play with bronze 3 or higher, not newbie lvl 30! agree?

PriorityOne1 votesI think you'll find bad players or players who are just having bad games in every tier. Plus you have to account for champion proficiency--there's no guarantee that Silver IV player with 0 Irelia games is better than that Bronze III player with 40 Riven games.
