unfair matchmaking
the good players should be placed with good players, escpecially in ranked, ifg im in bronze i wnana play with bronze 3 or higher, not newbie lvl 30! agree?

I think you'll find bad players or players who are just having bad games in every tier. Plus you have to account for champion proficiency--there's no guarantee that Silver IV player with 0 Irelia games is better than that Bronze III player with 40 Riven games.
Disagree. Who would the newbies play with when they start getting better?
