My idea for Soraka rework

DISCLAIMER: I am REALLY REALLY bad at this kinda thing, but I thought that new ideas would be appreciated, no matter how bad, so here i am giving my ideas for this

Since its the 'in' thing to do these days I guess I'll try to come up with a way that Soraka can be reworked without destroying her point. I'll start off by listing her current abilities

Soraka

Abilities:

Salvation: Soraka's health and mana restoring abilities are 1% more powerful for every 2% of the target's missing health or mana.

Starcall: RANGE: 530 COOLDOWN: 2.5 COST: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 MANA ACTIVE: Soraka summons a shower of stars to fall from the sky, striking all nearby enemy units within range for magic damage and reducing their magic resistance by 6 (+1% AP) for 5 seconds. This effect stacks up to 10 times. MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+ 40% AP) If Starcall hits at least one enemy champion, Astral Blessing's cooldown is reduced by a percentage of its base cooldown (after factoring in cooldown reduction). ASTRAL BLESSING'S COOLDOWN REDUCTION: 5 / 6.25 / 7.5 / 8.75 / 10%

Astral Blessing: RANGE: 750 COOLDOWN: 20 COST: 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 MANA ACTIVE: Soraka blesses a friendly unit, restoring health and granting them bonus armor for 2 seconds. HEAL: 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 (+ 35% AP) SALVATION - MAXIMUM HEAL: 105 / 180 / 255 / 330 / 402.3 (+ 52.15% AP) BONUS ARMOR: 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110 (+15% AP)

Infuse: RANGE: 725 COOLDOWN: 10 COST: 5% OF MAXIMUM MANA / NO COST ACTIVE – ALLIED CHAMPION TARGET: Soraka drains 5% of her maximum mana to restore mana to her target ally. Soraka cannot use Infuse on herself or champions who do not require mana. MANA RESTORED: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+5% maximum mana) SALVATION - MAXIMUM MANA RESTORED: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+7.5% maximum mana) ACTIVE – ENEMY TARGET: Soraka silences the target and deals magic damage to them. MAGIC DAMAGE: 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+ 40% AP) (+5% maximum mana) SILENCE DURATION: 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5

Wish RANGE: Global COOLDOWN: 160 / 145 / 130 COST: 100 MANA ACTIVE: Soraka fills her allies with hope, restoring health to herself and all friendly champions. Wish can affect untargetable allies. HEAL: 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 55% AP) SALVATION - MAXIMUM HEAL: 225 / 375 / 525 (+ 82.5% AP)

Soraka

since we want her to be a bit more interactive in general, and less passive, but i am terrible with balancing; i will oversimplify my thoughts on what her abilities could be

Passive: Soraka's abilities are more effective the closer she is to an enemy (start the increase at her auto attack range and go up to like 150% or 200% if standing on an enemy)

Q: low cooldown, low mana cost damages a random enemy champion within auto attack range (damage based off AP)

If an ally in range has recently been effected by one of her other abilities this strengthens the original ability by a percentage based off the level of Q and off her AP ((say the original ability healed by 175, Q is level 2(for 2%) and soraka has 100 ap it'd heal 2%(175)+ 0.25AP(175)/100 for a total of 47.25 health))

W: Heals an ally by an amount based off Soraka's max health and her AP and grants them bonus health regeneration based off Soraka's health regen and her AP for a small duration

E: fires a skillshot that passes through allies, but not through enemy champions if it passes over an ally, it grants them mana based off soraka's max mana and her AP and grants them bonus mana regen based off Soraka's mana regen and her AP for a short duration, if it hits an enemy champion it silences them and bursts, dealing damage to enemy champions and minions in a small area

R: Heal all allies (global) and give bonus armor and magic resist all based off AP and damages all nearby enemies, casting q near allies also makes them burst slightly, dealing small amounts of damage to nearby enemies

I like only the ultimate. Passive is too complicate, soraka is low difficult champion. Abilieties cannot scale with maximum or bonus health because soraka isnt a tank, soraka is a mage. E is good, but too complicate.

Also if you make here E a skill shot it should at least slow or stun or root.

I posted this before, but how about having her Astral Blessing and Wish give bonus effects based on how much health the ally is missing. For instance, the armor bonus on Astral Blessing will only appear if the healed ally has less than 50% of their health. Or Wish applies a movement speed boost to allies with less than 50% of their health. This emphasizes Soraka's ability to save her allies from sticky situations.
