I thought I got the icon....
I did the requirements to get the Lunar Reveal Diana Icon, 2 matches of twisted treeline and I did two of crystal scar with a friend but I did not receive the Summoner Icon. And it's the one I really wanted.

Take a look at the Knowledge Base article on The Lunar Revel.
You should get your icons no later than 3 days after the event ends (February 15th 2014). If you did not receive the rewards after 3 days, please let us know with a Support Ticket.
