Suggestion: Requirement for Solo and Duo queue
Recently I have experienced players on my team that starts the game of by saying "first time with this champ". He or she would end up feeding and ruin the game for us. Playing for my series or on the borderline of getting demoted isn't a place for someone to play a champ for their first time in an important matches for players. Ranked team it would be up to the team for them to risk it, but in Solo queue or duo queue there are things at risk that are completely out of solo players control. One player with no experience with a champ can cost four players with experience to lose the game, which i think is terribly unfair. Normals, Vs AI and Custom games are the perfect place for practicing champions not ranked games. Its only individual players that cares for only themselves that make solo queue games a terrible experience for other players. I am suggesting it be a requirement for players to have at least player 5 or more games in normal or custom before playing ranked. I mean being level 30 is a requirement in order to play ranked but it should also be a requirement to play solo queue or duo queue. I think if this requirement was implemented Solo Queue would be less toxic attitude for players.
PS sorry @Tulare i accidently deleted my other post. "I voted no. Although I can appreciate how single-player games differ from team games, I don't think it's Riot's responsibility to enforce experience requirements. It's not a great analogy but it would be like a bowling alley turning people away from an amateur league because they'd never bowled before, or had never bowled with their new ball, their new shoes, etc. In addition to it not being Riot's place, I tend to lean toward permissive gameplay rather than exclusive gameplay. That is to say, a player is more entitled to a right to play than any other player is entitled to a competitive experience."
