Bringing Bloodthirster to Dominion and Howling Abyss

So now that doesn't need farm to reach maximum AD + LS, I'm thinking it might be time to decommission from Dominion and Howling Abyss. Originally was only created since those maps would be too hard to keep up stacks on . Since that isn't a problem anymore, I really don't see any point to this item staying in existence.
