Nocturne is my main champion in League of Legends.I can gank any other champion in normal game except yi and jax. I ddnt feed. I killed jax and yi several times in the early game but after reaching lvl 6 they both became OP. In that match I had 42 kills but still lost the game because of yi and jax. I need some pointers for nocturne while playing against yi and jax.

If that really is your score and not a typo, you should learn to capitalize on your advantages and push for objectives.
Simply getting kills and doing nothing with them is pointless. Games are not won by a number of kills, they are decided by who looses their nexus.

You have absolutely no reason to lose with 42 kills.
Sinister Cyborg1 votesIf there is a way to check all my match history stats,you can do that.I don't care you believe me or not but i really did.While pushing the mid lane alone Yi and jax both came and ganked me from behind I managed to kill Jax but I couldnt even touch Yi.He killed me soon after i killed jax.So, before i was reborn -BOOM- the game was over.This is the score of that match-42/13/16.

If you got ganked pushing mid, I'll assume you had no vision of them. Place some wards behind you in key areas if you're pushing far in.
Vision is key.

SperglordFirecoq2 votesQuite honestly, you're looking at a very dicey situation. Nocturne only gets a massive engagement boost at level 6, and not a prolonged combat boost like Yi and Jax get.
You need to take advantage of that by using your ult to engage distant (and low health) targets instead of trying to use it to outlast Yi or Jax. Because you won't outlast either of them.

ArtoriusIV2 votesin a straight up fight, 100%HP vs 100%HP, yes, they will be better then you at that. if they have less HP then you, or you can fight them in a way that let's you poke a lot more, you can still win it.
This is because of how nocturne is to be played, his ult is a finisher/engage, so you use it when you can kill them fast, and that is the trick, you need to kill themquickly. Jax is one of the strongest 1v1 champs in the game(if not the stronggest) and yi has a lot of damage packed into his auto. BUt nocturne has decent burst damage himself.
TL DR; Yi and jax will kill you with auto's if you can't burst them based on how they are designed

SGJojo1 votesNote that Jax is somewhat of an "anti-autoattacker" champion with his E and ult.
You should prioritize in getting towers and not the kills. I've played so many games where our team is feeding but we still win because we pushed all the lanes really hard. Hope that helped :D
