Who has the highest burst dmg ADC?

If you're talking about the shortest burst, I would say pre6 is lucian, coz of his passive? could probably melt down 2/3 enemy adc health pre6 if he hits his Q + passive and then W + passive then E + passive. After 6, pretty much many champs have a decent burst, like MF's Ult, Vayne, and Jinx. Vayne: she has a great AD after 6 (or actually a decent one pre6 coz of her w), but then she might have to pop 3 times w to get her enemy low, not really a burst? I don't main Adc.

Lucian with is Q and his passive.

Probably Lucian. he has the fastest burst, though I don't know about the highest damage.

Now this is just personal preference, but I love how much damage Quinn can dish out with only a few AAs. though she does a lot better in a solo lane. So I guess... Ignore that last bit lol

This depends on multiple factors:

1. Who is your opponent?

2. What is your play style? Would you rather be in their face, or would you rather stay back and poke.

3. Lastly, who is supporting you? Some ADCs can use a CC support, while some just need a Blitz or someone to start a fight.

Take this into consideration.

Ok I main Varus and have played all other Champs (AdC Roles) I'm able to achieve 1.2k Damage Varus' Q without Blithe stacks and Penetration. In my opinion he has excellent burst, as for an AA Burst champ Vayne, if you can master her mechanics you can defiantly dominate, I think Vayne has a better burst against Tanks if she has Botrk and can get her 3 stacks off. I prefer Varus because he feels more balanced in his scaling and if for some reason he get zoned which is vary rare you can really on his Q during Lane Phase, there is defiantly a large number of Cons for Varus like no escapes, but he is the only known Adc to be able to initiate a team fight with his Ultimate, In my opinions he has great utility and Q Burst Poke, and I think of his x3 Blithe stacks the equal of Vayne's stacks. Lucien in my opinion falls short mid to late game.

As the other players suggest its based on who your matched up against.

I can only speak for Vayne and Varus, Those are the only two I prefer in Ranked, sometimes Kog'Mow.

Don't sell Varus short though, I've turned many Team fights around with Just his Hail of Arrows. :) Best of luck with your decision.

generally it is vayne but gameplay, skill, opponent all have and end factor towards it. oh and said vayne it is due to her w's passive.

Candidates would be, I think:

Buckshot to the face, Smokescreen, CD hurts pretty bad.

He used to be described as a pretty decent burster, especially with Triforce. In a killlane with a Leona, he WILL get all the Sunlight procs, too.

Dat passive.

Harrier doubleproc, with a Q to boot. 'Nuff said.
