BUG: Heimer Turret Kits Regening the Max available all at once. Posted on Reddit, GD and Bug Report

This post has pretty much been posted on everything to do with league saying Heimer is broken, Riot, read your bloody forums, heimer is broken right now and gets 2-3x as many turrets as he's supposed to at a time. Disable heimer and fix this please. I don't want to have to pick or ban heimer every game because of a glitch where you have seemingly infinite turrets.

yapp, really gamebreaking right now - disables all counterplay in most matchups.

well, that would generally be the counterplay to heimer - just not to the bugged version with no turret downtime :/ guess those people just didn´t run into a heimer that just replaces every damn turret the moment it gets destroyed.
