BUG: Heimer Turret Kits Regening the Max available all at once. Posted on Reddit, GD and Bug Report

This post has pretty much been posted on everything to do with league saying Heimer is broken, Riot, read your bloody forums, heimer is broken right now and gets 2-3x as many turrets as he's supposed to at a time. Disable heimer and fix this please. I don't want to have to pick or ban heimer every game because of a glitch where you have seemingly infinite turrets.
