@RIOT Curious about the changes to the bruiser heavy meta

Hey guys,

I remember reading about some changes, which were meant to change the impact of melee champions in general a few months ago. If I am correct it was even stated that those changes would take effect in the early season 4. I was just curious if those changes are still looked into, if they are a minor project far away from realization or if I am the only one who thinks that the general playstyle of the game got a little worse because of many things you can't evade anymore.

Anyway, I was hoping somebody from RIOT would read this because I'm burning to deliver all my ideas for improvement politly and free of any charge ;D
