Why don't people build the HexTech GunBlade on Gragas? In teamfights he does so much damage while also remaining the focus.

Barrel Heals => AP90% x 20%= .18 of total AP Body Slam => AP50% x 20%= .1 of total AP AD60% x 12%= .072 of total AD Cask => AP100% x 20%= .2 of total AP

A complete combination on one champion, before MR/ArmorSo .48 of total AP and .072 of total AD; Late game Gragas that's like 350 plus health per burst.

These total do not include the base magic damage or physical damage.

I think the math may be incorrect. If I recall correctly, AOE moves get 1/3 of spell vamp benefit. This could be situational. I think if the opposite team cannot burst you down but need to get sustained healing to outlast them in the fight, this might be useful. But normally for those type of matches you can get a ROA and/or Zhonya's to solve that problem. If you test it out, I would be interested to see the kind of results you get. Also, don't forget the AD drunken rage gives along with the lifesteal side of the hextech when you test this. If you go this route, I think you need a Lynch bane to maximize your damage.
